Beginning 2nd book in Field series. I plan to make 3. I will use the same size and format for each book. A stretch canvas 18+24 cm will be used for front and back covers, strengthened with gesso and it will have 7 pages.
I use my embellisher, I love my embellisher, to construct a background fabric which I will decorate with hand and machine stitching.

 Can you spot the difference? One has been washed over with fabric dye to unify the colours.

Next week I hope to have the covers finished and in place on the book and make a start on the pages.

With a little help from Orange Esmeralda I have managed to get this post out. Hopefully it will be easier and quicker next Sunday.
